The main focus for this position will be interdepartmental coordination of capital projects, construction pay application and vendor invoice processing, management of construction department project file database, project close-out, and executive report distribution. Responsibilities

  • Contract administration including pay applications, partial and final lien waiver tracking, change orders, closeout packages and project invoices
  • Interdepartmental coordination
  • Coordination with Accounts Payable department to insure timely payment of project invoices.
  • Manage administrative tasks as required for project management team.
  • Maintain construction plan library/project close-out binders/FTP Site
  • Prepare agenda for the monthly construction meetings
  • Administrative assistance during project bid period

Qualifications

  • Construction background is required.
  • Knowledge of construction documents, such as construction plans/specs, RFI’s, change orders, pay applications, etc. is required.
  • Knowledge of construction procedures and project life cycle is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Organized and Detail Oriented
  • Self-Motivated
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Great Communication Skills
